Vahyo uses a small number of cookies and similar browser storage. Some are needed for the site to work. Analytics and affiliate-partner scripts are optional and stay off unless you accept them.
Essential — always on
These are needed to run Vahyo, so they can't be switched off:
- Sign-in and session: keeps you signed in, including the anonymous session used for free planning (Supabase).
- Security check: protects sign-in and anonymous sessions from bots (Cloudflare Turnstile).
- Your consent choice: remembers whether you accepted or declined analytics and affiliate-partner scripts, stored in your browser.
- Trip in progress: holds your trip request briefly while it moves from the homepage to your plan, stored in your browser for this tab only.
Analytics and affiliate partners — optional
One choice covers all three. With your consent, these load; without it, none of them do:
- PostHog (EU cloud): analytics. Records the pages you view and how you interact with the site, such as clicks, so we can improve Vahyo.
- Travelpayouts Drive (Hong Kong): affiliate link tracking. Credits Vahyo when you book through one of our links.
- GetYourGuide (Berlin): activity booking links and widget analytics. Credits Vahyo for activity bookings and measures how those links are used.
No advertising networks, and your data is never sold. Details, including the transfer to Hong Kong, are in our Privacy Policy.
Your choice
Declining takes effect immediately: analytics stops in this tab right away and affiliate-partner scripts no longer load. Any that already loaded stay until you reload Vahyo or close the tab. Both stay off on future visits. You can change your mind at any time on this page.
